Well, Tori is getting to the age where she is going to need a segment of funny things she says too. So, here is the first of her funnies!
Tori to Daddy: POO POO!
Daddy: Did you poop?
Tori: Yeah, poo poo.
Daddy: Go tell Mommy
Tori turns, runs as fast as she can down the hall and yells "ASHLEE!!!"
I seem to recall another child who refused to call me Mom! Mason always called me Daddy, or Ashlee!

A House Divided...
We're not a big sports family...we don't watch many games, we don't attend many events (with the exception of the Phoenix Suns), but Jes happened to notice our outfits today. Purely on coincidence, we all happened to be sporting different team gear. Mason was in his U of U attire, Tori is a supporter of the Texas Longhorns, and Daddy was wearing an Arizona State shirt (not pictured).
At least we LOOK like we're big into sports!

We went to the San Antonio Stock Show and Rodeo this weekend. We had a fun time, though the day started off very cold and then got pretty warm. We got to see a petty zoo, lots of animals, play areas, eat crazy food, learn about animals, and do some shopping! It was pretty fun and we're all super tired.
Then on the way home, we stopped at The Cheesecake Factory and got us a slice of Red Velvet Cheesecake with Cream Cheese Frosting for our valentine treat....wow...that was good.Tori eyeing a goat about her size....

So lucky!
We feel so lucky to have Michelle live with us! The kids love her so much! She came home from work last night and took time to sit and read stories with them, even though she had already watched them that morning. We are so grateful to have her in our family!

That's what HE said
Yesterday Mason was standing in the window holding a piece of plastic. He said to me
"Look Mom, the sun is hitting this and the light is bouncing off. That is called refraction!"
Holy cow, what am I going to do with this kid?????
